Our Welding Manipulator is built to optimize the welding of seams and rings on components such as pressure vessels and petrochemical containers. With a sturdy single beam and transverse column constructed from 45 steel guide rails, the manipulator ensures excellent stability and durability. The telescopic arm extends the horizontal reach, making it ideal for larger-scale welding tasks. Powered by an AC motor, the manipulator delivers smooth and consistent movement during automatic circumferential seam welding. Safety is also a priority, with integrated anti-drop protection.

The manipulator features AC motor frequency control for precise speed adjustments, especially at low speeds, ensuring smooth starts and stops. The slewing column, available in both manual and electric versions, allows for flexible rotation with high precision. Additionally, the trolley, used for automatic welding ring machines, comes in manual and electric versions, catering to different operational needs.

Our Plate Rolling Machine is designed to shape non-metallic plates into various forms, including cones, spheres, and cylinders. It is ideal for industries such as manufacturing, boiler steam, and chemical processing. Available in both three-roller and four-roller configurations, it offers precise bending capabilities for different materials.

The three-roller version is a cost-effective solution for tasks with lower precision requirements, while the four-roller machine delivers better performance and higher accuracy for demanding applications. Although the four-roller machine comes at a higher price, it is ideal for industries requiring consistent results and higher throughput.
