Recently, the "Red Flag Cup" National Machinery Industry Team Leader Management Skills Competition, co-sponsored by China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association and Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by China FAW Group Co., Ltd., was held in Changsha.

This competition is the first domestic competition for grassroots managers with the theme of management. With the theme of "Educating Team Elites, Creating a Great Power for the Great Power", it focuses on cultivating high-quality composite teams with "precise production, good management, and understanding of management". For the purpose of the team, based on the principle of "promoting learning by competition and training by competition", we strive to expand the horizons of front-line managers through the competition, and select a group of "understanding management knowledge, management skills, operation and training". "The elites of the team have set standards and benchmarks for the training of grassroots management talents for more than 20 million companies in the machinery industry.

The competition has been highly valued and actively responded to by enterprises in the national machinery industry. There are more than 1,200 companies in more than 10 industries including automobiles, machine tools, aerospace, electrical appliances, electronic technology, general machinery, rail, and construction machinery, with nearly 25,000 Practitioners of enterprise grassroots management sign up for the competition. The competition is divided into North China, Northwest China, Central China, East China First District, East China Second District and South China, Southwest and Northeast China 7 major competition areas. After the preliminary and semi-finals, 205 contestants from more than 30 companies entered the finals.

After the finals from October 14th to 16th, 29 third prizes, 15 second prizes, 3 first prizes, and 1 special prize were finally contested.
