1. Shearing thickness: The shearing thickness of QC12Y hydraulic shears is mainly limited by the strength of the shearing mechanism, and ultimately depends on the shearing force. There are many factors that affect the shear force, such as the clearance of the cutting edge, the sharpness of the cutting edge, the size of the shear angle, the shear speed, the shear temperature and the width of the shear surface. The most important thing is the strength of the material being sheared. At present, the shearing thickness of shearing machines at home and abroad is mostly below 32mm, and the thickness is too large, which is very excellent in terms of equipment utilization and economic efficiency.
2. Cutting width: The cutting width of QC12Y hydraulic shears refers to the maximum size of the piece that can be cut at one time along the cutting direction. It is determined according to the width of the steel plate and user requirements (the width of the cutting board is less than the length of the cutting blade). This method is called the crosscut method. The cutting method is multiple contact shearing. As long as the width of the strip is smaller than the throat of the cutting machine, the cutting size is not limited. With the development of science and technology, the width of shears has been increasing. At present, shears with a cutting width of 6000mm have become more common, and the maximum width of foreign body shears has reached 10,000mm.
3. Shear angle: In order to reduce the bending and distortion of the shear blade, a smaller shear angle is usually used to increase the shear force, which will also have a certain impact on the strength and rigidity of the stressed part of the shear , But it will increase the shear quality.
4. Throat depth: The slitting method has certain requirements for the throat depth of the shearing machine. At present, shears often have a smaller throat depth, which increases the rigidity of the frame, but reduces the quality of the entire machine.
