Liquid Aluminum Electric Furnace
Description
The aluminum profile aging furnace is composed of a furnace shell, furnace lining, trolley, trolley traveling mechanism, heating element, furnace door, and other major components.
The temperature of the electric furnace is controlled through a special control cabinet and instrument indication. The furnace lining adopts a full-fiber structure, so it has the characteristics of small empty furnace loss, fast heating, low surface temperature, and a good energy-saving effect.

Working Principle
Use the feeding bin to feed the material, so that the items are melted, the exhaust gas is upward, and the heat recovery is increased.
The heat of the top burner is absorbed during melting to provide heat for the insulation of the insulation room, and the heat preservation waste heat enters adds materials, and stays in the furnace while melting.
Structure
Commonly used circular aluminum liquid holding furnace specifications are 3T, 5T, 6T, 8T, 10T, 12T, 15T, 18T, 20T, and 25T, and can be designed according to the special requirements of users.
