 1. Excessive noise of the oil pump (heating too fast), damage or blockage of the oil pump, dirty oil and emptying of the oil pump. We also need to check whether the pump speed is too high. We must select the motor speed based on the maximum speed specified by the pump.

2. Check whether the viscosity of the oil is too high, if so, please make sure to replace the oil with the specified viscosity immediately.

3. Check whether the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure of the vane pump. If this pressure is higher, there will be greater noise.

4. Check whether the stator is compressed and positioned. If the stator moves up and down, it will cause output flow pulsation and noise. Therefore, we should tighten the adjustment screw.

5. There is an impact sound during rapid descent, which may be caused by loose rails, wrong position of the black film of the grating ruler, or too small delay parameter setting value before rapid descent. .
